In the Grave

Author:

Anas Tariq is a student of BS-English . He studies at Department of English and Applied Linguistics , University of Peshawar.

I am looking from the sky
To myself in the crowd
I am in the white
I look sleeping but quaint
No sighs, No grin, No roam
As a lumber
They lift me up
housed me in a ditch
I jumped from the sky
then cry, cry and cry

I want to live with me
The speck of shine disappear
The sullen darkness hops in my heart
It cracked and I awake
Where am I?
In the Grave

An interesting poem. The soul gazing at the body being buried in the grave. We all have to experience this one day. May Allah, the Most Merciful, have Mercy on us. Ameen!

Blessings to you!!
