If We Could Peel Away Our Feelings, Who Would We Be ?

Updated on January 25, 2018

Under All The Emotion, What Do We See

Neither man, woman or child

Our true inner self

No more hidden by the complicities of life

We could come forth

Only to see others as they really are

The nature of each of us finally revealed

Each bump, bruise and scar

Has time to heal

Our perfection is complete

Nothing to change

Only life to experience

How grand would that be

Each of us

In our own blissful harmony

Gypsy Rose Lee No matter what happens in every day it is up to us to find things that make us happy. Make a list of all the things you love to do. Then start doing a few things that change your mood slowly. When you add in a little exercise your body feels tired. It is a good tired. Then create thoughts that push you to do more. It could be something small like taking a walk or visiting a neighbor. Volunteering your time also gives you a wonderful inner joy. Changing up our routine makes us take the things we do in a different light. Thank you for reading and commenting.

Blissful harmony would be nice. Right now Sid and I are living in companionable silence with meows only coming when he is hungry or wants something from me.

Kari Poulsen Then again you would be able to find all the people who like and appreciate you for you. The other people wouldn't hang around long because they know they would be realized for who they are. Over time a simple and more direct approach. Thank you for reading and sharing.

I don't think I would like to know what others are thinking. As you say, what a heartbreak it may bring. I would rather be confused and able to give them an excuse for bad behavior. (As I do now.) I really never want to know if other people want to hurt me.

Kari Poulsen If we knew what people really thought then we could spend time with the people who care and wouldn't waste time on those who we thought meant something but didn't. Then again maybe we are better off to never know. How many hearts would break. How many people would just move on. I squeeze out every ounce of love to find just a little more. Then I am happy once again. I will never stop. Because there is no end to love. Dora Weithers Seeing everyone for who they are not who they try to make people believe. Maybe we aren't ready to find out the naked truth. So many people love to lie. I love to tell the truth and I see how much trouble that gets me into I would be in double or triple trouble if I lied. Isabella Allred I am so happy you liked my hub. Happiness is a funny thing. It is here and then slips away. I guess I have to create more hubs like this one to keep getting you to comeback and read a little more. Thank you all so much for reading and sharing. May the night sky bring peace all over the world. We will wake up refreshed and filled with a new found joy in the morning. Good night.

"How grand would that be?" Good question to ponder. Thanks.
