I Never Left My Seat

I wandered about
But never left my seat
Instead, it was beauty herself
Light on her feet
Happy
I know what she wants
All I have to do
Is watch while she greets
Floating butterflies emerging
And waving ends of wheat
My eyes at peace
I see what she has become
Nature
And I have become it's keeper
In the light of the summer's heat

Thank you Prithviraj... it was just a moment watching my wife happily walk amongst tall grass shoots breezing in the sun...
