I Came Racing In
In A Place Where Only A Few Will Dare
Outdoors where nature was created and still exists
Seeing life so primitive
The stillness interrupted by an intruder
Turning over what nobody else would
Objects of wood gathered for no use
A foreign humming sound annoying every animal and insect
Finally after long hours of constant pacing
The Gods would send him racing
Instantly the blanket of time
Covers all we see
To give all things time to rest
The natural course of life will follow
Will this creature on two legs appear ?
Only to vanish like the sun

Beautiful!
Hey Dream On, you have some nice rhymes here. This poem reminds me of going into the forest to meditate. Walking in, I come crashing through the brush, focused on my agenda. Walking out, I am part of the forest, delicate and present. Thanks for sharing :)
