I Ate Skin - Cannibal Poem

I have been writing poetry, fiction and short stories for many years and have completed a book of poems. I also enjoy comedy writing.

Eating Flesh

Eating Flesh

Ripping flesh, grinding bones

Licking lips, blooded clothes

Fleshy aroma, screams of pain

Eye balls pop, agony rains

Soft and juicy, tender the most

Roasted on flames, champagne to toast

A tender loin, knife and fork

Taste like steak, parts like pork

Bodies hang, cold on hooks

Babies cry, I ate Miss Brooks

Legs are juicy, fingers not

Diapers lonely, juicy baby backs

Buttocks are fatty, so avoid the blacks

Sharpen axes, skulls to crack

Hearts and liver, a perfect soup

Here is a sample of my dish, now eat your food.

Hungry, Clive? Seems like you’re getting ready for Halloween early with your poems lately. Very macabre!
