The Human race

The human race,

And its mundane race.

The hustles and bustles,

All for perishables.

Tight grip on riches,

Like it would take off itches,

Or it won't all fade,

After life's arcade.

Yet the human race would not retreat,

From the tireless race of feat.

A race to the grave,

Or to nirvana from the nave?

A race to the Hades,

Or a race to paradise?

Are we yet to choose?
