How Can It?

Updated on February 21, 2018

What is it about tomorrow?
It is very holy to us always
The path is not upon the land
As long as the sun will shine
We can safely close our eyes

How can the water reflect?
It is the same as our eyes can be
It must watch all of life pass
While the life that lives inside
Remains quietly hidden away

Does the darkness have a heart?
If only you would meet me there
We will smile at all the shadows
Even when the moon hides away
It’s not only light that we share

How can some only see the future?
Is a memory so powerful anyway
Yes if it was only love in your past
But how can life grow all around us
Without your hand reaching for it?

Read this a couple of times and came away with cherishing the here and now. Thanks for your enlightening words.
