Faith (a poem of inspiration)
Of all the qualities of the human spirit, that of an ironclad faith, the best.
Hope is second and important itself, such is life, that in humanities test.
The strength of the will, proven over time, this power benevolently given,
A determination to succeed and be happy, for goals that are to so striven.
Faith... that prerequisite, the quality that only humanity does possess,
Permits the mind to direct the hand, allows the caring heart to caress.
That special ability which we all admire, following of goodness, to persist,
Stronger than steel, in its merit, putting aside the evil, that we all resist.
So ingrained in our very beings and from the hand of our own god,
As each is so molded, to be a work of finest art, taken from the sod.
This a loving embracing, of ours the singular creation, on this earth.
Love instilled in each, a blessing, no greater endearment in its worth.
Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of the unseen,
A presence of divine intervention, that wipes away from brows, the unclean.
Faith and hope to clear the way from all trepidation, a guiding light, to provide,
A future of much happiness and sunshine, as our own life's trials do subside.
