Holi, the festival of colours. A spring festival when everything is reviving. It's a celebration of victory of good over evil. We play different colours. So let's see it from a little bit different and mostly in a contemporary way.

BURNT

What do the stories tell?
To burn the evil and let's celebrate.
But how can you know that
Someone is evil?
Do they fly on a broom or
Do they have the horns of a devil?
Women have been burned a lot...
Whether they were witches or not.
When we burn those fake symbols of evil
The real ones may be standing with us
With eyes of an eagle.

BEAUTIFUL COLOURS

You should know it
And you definitely believe it
That you are beautiful.
Olive, black, brown or white
Never mind, it's up to you
Whether you want to be dull or bright.
Most of us are not being told
So tell yourself again and again
That you are beautiful and bold.

NO MEANS NOTHING ELSE

If I say NO to something
I really mean to say NO.
There isn't any hidden message
That you have to break or guess.
And you shouldn't ignore it
And give it a go.
It's not about seeking attention
And I am not saying it
Just for the sake of saying.
NO means NO, and nothing else
And you really can't change it.
