Guiding Star....

Guiding Star, trickling down her doves of light

May I grow in the pinkness of the sunrise

May I grow tendrils of love

May I grow an evergreen tree of pearls

Guiding Star, trickling down her doves of light

May my parents grow a rosy hue

May my parents grow their joys of life

May my parents grow the understanding of the silver birch

A rosy hue for you

Guiding Star...

Guiding Star, trickling down her doves of light

May my loved one endure like the earth and the sky

May my loved one grow prosperous like a tree of miracles

May my loved one grow a bridge of harmony

Guiding Star, trickling down her doves of light

May my friends grow a place to bloom

May my friends grow a raft to sail over the moon

May my friends grow a conchie circle of protection

Guiding Star...

Guiding Star, trickling down her doves of light

May indifferent people thrive the tidal waves

May indifferent people find their personal fortune

May indifferent people call truce to trouble

Guiding Star, trickling down her doves of light

May unfriendly people grow a baobab within

May unfriendly people grow a smile to protect others

May unfriendly people speak peace as long as the sun shines

Guiding Star, trickling down her doves of light

May all beings grow sways of swan petals

May all beings grow peace for as long as the streams murmur

May all beings grow dancing fronds that bedazzle peace

I have found that too, eric.

Starting out with a smile on my face together with approaching others and what is to come, in good spirits, can lift your mood up and/or turn a not so good day into a much better day.

Eiljah, my heart can similtaneously experience joy and heartache at the same time. It just depends if I am still wearing one foot in the future and one foot in the past.

I am very happy that you have found a new body and mind (reborn) to live through now.

      Enjoy today (smile).

I can't see how "unconditional love" can make one's heart ache, maybe that is because for my last 41 years I've been experiencing "living in the difference" between opposites by giving everything its due respect because IT IS. I suppose that came with my experiencing the metamorphosis the bible calls being "born again".

Thanks. This is very good. For some reason I always have thought that smiling and looking up can change a mood to the better. A favorite star can heighten that. "guiding star" is a great term and concept to bring us into the light.

I'm glad you enoyed these words and imagery, Elijah.

Indifference is a cold word and makes the heart ache deeply.

Very well written my sister. The verse concerning "indifference" speaks so exactly of what indifference living does. It means "in the difference between opposites" and called "unconditional love" where one cares not about the position another holds but works to accomplish "The Impossible Dream"[https://video.search.yahoo.com/search/video?fr=aap...] of perfect unity.

I am agnostic yet for some reason the period of advent came to me for the first time. During these 12 days over Christmas and into the New Year 2018 I wrote many letters to the elderly in nursing homes and made fun cards for hospitalized sick children.

I have always put others before myself and to my own dentrimen, Demas. Call it what you will but now its time to balance the scales.

Thank you for stopping by and reading this little creative prayer.

Nice effort made at thinking of others.
