Grief of an Angel
Time passes slowly without you,
Like waiting for roses to bloom in the winter,
Why did I have to think about the future when you were in plain view,
Standing right in my heart's center,
Now I long for you in these gloomy days,
Not knowing how to live,
breathing by the breeze of wind nowadays,
The only animation I can give,
Heart heavy as a stone, weighing down my body,
pieces of what we had given away,
wondering why your love was taken elsewhere from me,
I wish life didn't act this way,
I feel like I'm nothing more than clay.
