Glorious Summer - Haiku

Nithya Venkat enjoys writing about nature and different aspects of life in the form of poetic verses.

glorious-summer-haiku

in-between green leaves

shadows play with blades of grass

glorious sunlight

footprints on soft grass

trying to catch butterflies

a day in the park

crystal clear waters

looking down on bright blue skies

pool of reflections

gently nudging clouds

sunbeams stream in golden drops

a kaleidoscope

glorious-summer-haiku

luscious green carpet

tiny feet imprints on grass

chasing a balloon

dancing with the wind

red petals unfurl with pride

enticing fragrance

crystal clear dew drops

rolling down blades of green grass

golden drops of sun

luscious greenery

blooms of red green and yellow

festive flower show

Your haiku are beautiful.

I am still learning Haiku and have only written a few myself, but find them quite appealing.

To say something in such few words...I like it.

Thanks for sharing and stay safe.
