Fairy Chants

Kitty has been independently researching and studying the fae for over 15 years. She enjoys sharing what she's learned with her readers.

The fairies are all about.

All year long, the fairies are out and about and ready to play. If you're seeking to make friends with the fay, or if you're seeking to work with the fay, you might be inclined to say some of these fairy chants while working in your home or garden.

These fairy chants are easy to remember and should be repeated at least three times, but can be repeated as many times as you feel is right. The idea is to draw up energy from the earth while saying these fairy chants in order to aid in attracting the good fairies to your sacred space. Don't forget to leave little fairy offerings on the sabbats and/or while chanting.

I have also included some protective fairy chants so that you are able to protect yourself and sacred space from any overly-mischievous or bitter fairies...don't be fooled by their tricks, they can indeed do harm if you let them.

Calling the good fairies...

While watering plants in your garden or cleaning the house
Repeat three times this small fairy chant, as loud as a mouse:

"Come one, come all
Good faeries hear my call
Celebrate, sing, and play
Feel welcome in my home today"

If your precious jewels have gone missing,
Beckon and ask the good fairy once to return your things:

"Good fairy, who wants to have some fun
The day is gone, your fun is done
Return to me that which you have taken
Let it be set upon my dresser upon awakin"

To ask the faeries to give you an answer in your dreams,
repeat this fairy chant in your head while falling asleep:

"Nothing is as it seems,
good faeries aid in this dream
I have a problem for which I beckon your aid
Let my weakened confusion fade
Can you tell me the answer of which you know
I need your magick for the question below:
(Insert your question here)"

Protective fairy chants to dispel the bad...

When the mischievous one has had more than his share of fun
In your home or in the garden
Repeat this fairy chant more than thrice
Even tho' your intruders may be no taller than mice:

"In the name of the God and Goddess
I dispel all negative energy and forces
Only the good and pure can stay
I clear out the malicious ones today"

Don't forget you may hang a horseshoe
Above the front door in shape of a U
to protect your household against those
who give you only a turn of the nose

If you're going out on Samhain Eve
tho' cool wind blows the candle and leaves
Turn your coat completely inside out
So as not to be fairy led, as there's pixies about!
Repeat the following fairy chant to stay safe on Samhain:

"Fairies: I will pass carefully through the night
I mean you no harm, evil, or strife
The gods will guide me safely home
Without bother of any ol' cruel gnome"

A fairy chant for the astral plane.

Fairies are not only found on this plane (our third dimension reality), they can also be found on other realms including the astral planes. You can ask for their aid and guidance there, but be aware whose company you keep there.

While in your meditative state
Repeat this chant times eight:

"As I make my way through the other planes
In search of wisdom and knowledge the same
The white light of purity protects me in my travels
The gods let no malignancy grant me hassles.

Good faeries, I beckon you forth into my vision
Aid me in completion of this spiritual mission"

    Kitty -

Another interesting information and video discussion on the fay. The chants are extremely interesting, almost familiar somehow, which makes no sense whatsoever. Great Job once again!
