Anupam, a poet at heart, a passionate learner,& a language trainer is devoted to each and every art. Loves to explore various poetry forms.

As are hopes,

Both give comfort

Even if far fetched;

Both keep changing colours

With varied clouds as obstacles;

Though unknown, huge sky looks like own,

Hidden hopes of heart become alien;

Like sky above can't hopes sojourn within?

Before body stops beating and breathing,

I wish to soar high with the hopes' wings,

Up above in the sky fearless

With the love that heart longs for,

Relishing each moment,

Even if I fall

I'll not complain

Try again

To fly

Are mine

That I see;

Do you see me

As your dear darling?

I dream for your company

In a world of you and me;

Where we learn love of life in glee,

And strive to make each other happy,

With pure eternal love of ecstasy.

Whatever's the thought of your fantasy,

Let it not ruin the dream world of mine,

For me you are my destiny,

Your heart beats are calling me,

Rules of society

No more trouble me,

Older I've been

by number

Love's still

Grown seed

With sun light,

Water and air,

Roots buried in soil;

Adapting the seasons,

Heavy rain, hail storm or strong winds,

Nothing stops them from reaching high,

They survive every natural pain

But man kills them for his personal gain.

No rich gold,

No bungalow,

No fame nor limelight,

But simple rural life,

Close to nature, far from crowd,

Where chirps and buzzes can be heard,

In the company of beloved

I wish to breathe rest of life in village.

Lovely poems that go straight to the heart.

I like the pattern this form makes when it is also reversed.

You've said a lot in so few words.
