Dhammapada Poem
I can't seem to stop writing poetry or reading poetry. I think it is safe to say I love poetry and I love sharing great poetry with others.
Dhammapada Poem
Live happy
Do not hate
Free from sickness
Free from greed
Live off your happiness
Money be damned
Let happiness nourish you
Let’s not compete
Let’s be happy
That we do not
need to compete
Live in peace
Do not lust
Fight your hungers
Have control
Over your hunger
Health
is the greatest
blessing
Trust
Have faith
Believe
in health
and happiness
Taste the nectar
of solitude
and tranquility
Free from fear
Free from sin
Enjoy the sugar
Live happy
Live healthy
Don’t be angry
Don’t be prideful
These things are straps
that bind us
Be mild
Mean no harm
Control your anger
Live without shame
Be bold
Make mischeif
because life is hard
This course is hard
You may find
yourself alone
Remember
when alone
one finds a way
out the deep
forest towards
where the trees
thin.

This is uplifting, Jamie. I like 'taste the nectar of solitude and tranquility' and all your encouragement to live peacefully. Beautiful!
