December Night
Another journey started
And it was snowing on the other side
I bumped into him
With delight, I look and see
What this man in front of me has to say.
He opened his mouth and his lines melted my heart in knots
Like a wordsmith’s meaningful tutelage
It has enlightened my path
Lighting up his face with a smile which gives me the highs
His tender laughs tickled my ears
Like a smooth sound down to my psyche
His deep eyes were sparkling in vain
Preserving positively the façade of a fluky life
Never would I thought I'd be inspired by the guy I’ve known that December night.
