Christmas Wonderland: A Poem
Erin is a writer and content creator from Georgia, United States. She loves coffee, books, and puppies.
Chilly starlight mixed with snowy dreams,
A hush covers the evergreen woods like a quilted blanket,
Hand in fuzzy mitten-covered hand,
We warm each other with glowing hearts,
Overflowing with the joy of remembered childhood,
And with the knowledge that Christmas is near,
The aroma of pine needles tickles our noses,
And the scent of hot chocolate and sugar cookies tantalizes our taste buds,
Beckoning us home from the winter's trail,
As twinkling lights hang neatly from the roof,
To reflect the joyful sparkle in our smiling eyes.

Thank you so much! I wish we would get snow, too, but we haven't had snow since I was 5. Hope you have a wonderful White Christmas!

This is a lovely poem for this time of year. I hope we get snow over Christmas where I live.
