Childhood Memories-Haiku
Childhood Memories-Haiku | Source

Childhood is an age when life is full of fun and games, the best part of life-

muddy crisscross lines

fading tiny feet imprints

childhood games hopscotch

shoes cast-off in haste

trail of sweetness tease senses

hot chocolate treat

squishy sound delights

trying to hold slipping sand

going to the beach

This is a beautiful haiku of childhood memories. You really captured being totally caught up in the moment as children are. I really love this line, "trying to hold slipping sand." Thanks for sharing.
