Break the Habit

You are stuck with a crutch,

You stupidly excepted.

Trying to get rid of it,

Far weighs what you expected.

If smoking makes you happy.

Then smoke that cigarette.

But don’t come a coughing,

And living with regrets.

You don't need them.

You don't need them.

Controlled by a toxic threat,

Your health, yourself, your mind,

Without it you may explode,

This habit is not kind.

But be amazed what you will see,

When all the torture ends,

Stop the nasty rituals,

You find you have more friends.

Pick a date to stop smoking. Take the first step.

Pick a date to stop smoking. Take the first step.

You think you cannot stop.

Your will power is not strong.

Break the habit gracefully.

With help it won’t go wrong.

Know the odds are on your side,

Throughout your ups and downs.

Will yourself a happy place,

Where great success is found.
