Benevolence, Stay in Touch

That part of us

that worries

about disasters

befalling us?

To that part of us

that makes us feel guilty

if we rock the happy boat?

The driver of our life is the Chariotieer

He is the balancer and regulator

that holds the reins

of our higher mind

and our lower mind

The Chariot Driver

is the one that finds

our heart’s purpose

in the high and in the low

When the Chariot Driver

speaks to us

from the low

The “I” speaks

to you in a demanding way

wanting instant gratification

“Make your decision now”

is the Driver screaming at you

But wait….don’t move

Wait for the quiet patient

neutral inner thought

that gives you

the needed clarity and foresight

of when to act

Don’t worry

you still will feel unsure and uncertain

and then?

surety will flow to you

Once upon a time

you knew the unknown

as place of wonder

and of beautiful mystery

The unknown was your place

of second chances

The place to have better relationships

to expand more

to love more

to laugh more and

to be more excited

It’s been a long time since

The unknown is now

banging on your front door

You shy away from that door

You turn your back on it

But then, you say to yourself

“wait up”….

Your mind “gets it”

this is your second chance callin’

Can you take a baby step toward that door?

What should you do?

How can you be

not scared of loss

and unwanted sadnesses?

Can you not then

begin to mention your heart’s

desires here and there?

Can you start

researching of how

this new life will look like?

Can you start to daydream

a little here and there?

Is that doable?

Gotta remind yourself

do what only feels right

I don’t think there is

one right way

to do anything

It’s safer to take baby steps

let yourself stumble

You gotta start to

encourage yourself to begin

to become interested in possibilities

I think not all of us

get to have the luxury of figuring things

out beforehand

Just need to start paying attention

to the clues

Where are your interests going?

You gotta trust that what needs

to be revealed will be revealed

Making everyone happy

is no longer working

for anybody

You have to start making

different kinds of choices

Choices that are right for you now

Up until now have your relationships

been based on you being

the peacemaker?

Or, the one that takes care of another?

It’s no longer needed

Gotta learn how to

call out for what you now need

Can we go back to adopting

the Belief that the Universe

is a benevolent force?

If we go back to trusting

the Divinity in all

the Unknown can be welcomed in

Can we go back to trusting

that within each situation

there is a higher purpose?

Is there

a good reason

even though we cannot see it, yet

If so our desires can only

move in a

positive expectant direction

Here, we anticipate

that gold will greet us

not dirt

I wanna believe

in the benevolence of the Universe

I wanna believe

that the Universe has our back

Don’t you?

If this came across as advice, I apologize. I will have to rethink as to how I go about writing articles. I was just describing an internal moment of being.Good to hear from you whonu.

Something is happening. Not sure at all of what to make of it, Elijah. Take each day as it comes. Peace and Happiness to You.

That sounds like the first steps to enlightenment from a soul that's been asleep dreaming the material dream of fulfillment now having a peek into truth.

Questioning which road to take is that first step, not taking the first thought that comes along is the second, hearing there's another step that can be taken so don't rush to judgment and even more you magnificently presented.

You must be about to step though that door of enlightenment. Keep your heart and mind's eyes open as your guide and toucan't fail.

The beauty of the sound of awakening fills my heart.

      Aloha Charmaine, aloha.
