As the Universe Vibrates
Audrey's passion for connecting with nature is magnified in her self-help writings and poetry.
The old wooden swing, suspended by a rope, tied firmly to a creaky, splintered-wood frame, stoked my imagination, once upon a time in my childhood. I became a princess clothed in diamond-studded blue tulle; a ring of flowers crowned my head. Other days, I took the form of an eagle flying high up in my swing, back and forth, pumping my small legs a little harder each time, daring to reach the sky. My little swing vibrated, sending energy, sailing higher and higher.
Musical notes, weaving a tapestry of sound, fulfilling the need for my over-whelming passion for pleasing and the desire to feel love. Music; an outlet for a grab-bag of emotions; a playground for capturing my imagination. A wall of a hundred sounds, hurl toward my eager ears. Music; vibrations of ecstasy.
All of life vibrates. You have your own vibrations, and I have mine. We each vibrate at a different rate, at a different frequency. Even our thoughts and feelings transmit a certain vibration into the universe. I don’t know about you, but I find this pretty darn powerful. Without vibrations occurring in our vocal cords, speaking and singing in humans and animals would be impossible. Even rocks have voices. Geologists have captured the low, deep hum of Castleton Tower near Moab, Utah. The tower is always vibrating as energy comes up through the earth,” says Paul R. Geimer, Ph.D., an author of the study.
Everything is made up of vibrations of varying densities and frequencies, and these energies are intelligent and always on the move.

As the Universe Vibrates
The living energy of the universe
Resounds within the range of our senses
Capturing vibrations, nature, music
The inner world of sound
Gaze into the heavens on a star-studded night
Surrender to the vastness of space
Synchronized vibrations
The heart of human consciousness
Constantly in motion, our universe vibrates.
Moon’s rotation exactly synced
Orbits around the earth
The same face in all phases
“Om,” the vibration of the universe
Frequency of energy
Connecting all things
An ocean of love surrounds us.
Composing positive energy
Through kindness and compassion
Serving one another
High frequencies established.
Castleton Tower, The Rock With a Voice

Castleton Tower, near Moab, pulsates at about the rate of a human heartbeat as it taps into the earth’s natural vibrations.

Audrey, you have a beautiful voice and your poetry is amazing. I like that we live in a vibrating world, that means everything is alive and producing warmth, seeds, etc. I will be more in tune with the universe after reading this. Be well my friend.

Audrey, all of creation has life; we are all interconnected. Your childhood memories are so perfectly "you" and remind me of my own growing-up years, a little girl living in a neighborhood where there were no other children, isolated, and using my imagination to take me to distant lands.
God have gifted you with an amazing voice, but even more important is that vibration within you that is passionate about sharing your ability with others, teaching them to find their own voice.

This is wonderful. I feel the vibrations every day, everywhere. It's part of my soul and part of my writing too. I know music is your thing, mine too though only for listening but I couldn't do without it.

Beautifully expressed poem with deep thoughts.
You are right about the Vibrations. What we give, comes back to us. That’s why we are advised to spread positive energy, positive thoughts and positive vibrations.
‘Om’ is a simple word, but it signifies the entire universe. And unifies the mind, body and soul, according to Yoga.
Good to see you publishing after a long time. Thank you for sharing this wonderful and engaging article.
Wish you all the best for the New Year. Have a blessed day.

Your opening paragraph about your swing and the enjoyment that it provided reminded me very much of the garden swing that I loved as a child. Your poem about the vibrations of the universe is lovely as well as thought-provoking, Audrey. I enjoyed the video as well. Thank you for creating an interesting article.
