I can't seem to stop writing poetry or reading poetry. I think it is safe to say I love poetry and I love sharing great poetry with others.

A Little Extra Time
Found some reading time today
in my car during soccer
practice between my coffee
picking up the next
Found time to dance a little
between the beat of shopping
cart wheel clacks that never miss
to sing a love song
Through the hustle and bustle
I found you for a quick hug
to break away from the list
share a sudden glance
Found time to find you again
thankful for allowed blessings
little things in hurried times
place in universe
Found time to find me again
digging through thistle and thorn
offering hand to myself
to pick myself up
