A Journey Through Life

Author:

Finding my inspiration through the voice of music and poetry. Being creative and finding ways in making life easier and smarter for others.

"The world is your oyster", from Shakespeare's Merry Wives of Windsor.

Know that though the road may be long, never give up on your hopes, dreams and aspirations. There will always be a breakthrough at the end of every tunnel.

I tossed and turned
all through the night,
but when I fall asleep,
I get up with a fright,

The thought of life
and all its glory,
It's in my series of articles
I tell you my story,

There were times
I stared at the walls
mind is working overtime,
it's no bed of roses or waterfalls,

Even at times
I doubted my thoughts,
but remember
you cannot always be at fault,

In life we know
two wrongs don't make a right,
there's always a light out there
to steer you with all its might,

By self reflection
I believe in second chances,
I journey through life
now finding my answers

In essence

We may not know what another is going through, until we share.

In silence some may relate and if overcome at some point in your life,
"WELL DONE".

You, however, know your life, the journey you have been through and the challenges faced, "love yourself", the road may be long but always look for the light directing your path to positivity and happiness.

I like the message in your poem. I did have a hard time reading the typeface. You may want to change that to the regal at typeface so other can appreciate your work.
