Rhymes of all kinds is what you will find; some are light and whimsical, while others are serious and dramatic. Thank you for visiting!

The capacity for freedom is thoroughly in our grasp! However, our problem is not in our ability to fly, but rather, in our self-sabotaging behavior of continually incapacitating our natural, God-Given abilitiy to do so.

How to Find Freedom

The Blue Bird

How to Find Freedom

Teach me how to fly,

Blue Bird,

higher than all

sopranos

drawn together

can sing!

"You already know

how to fly,

my dear;

but rather,

you need to learn

how to not

keep getting

an injured

wing."

How to Find Freedom

How to Find Freedom

Wings of Freedom

I have been told

that I have wings

of my own,

in which

I can use to fly;

But, I suppose,

as the truth always goes,

I have been

much too afraid to try.

Oh! I do so long

to soar along,

and glide through the sky

as I joyfully sing!

Yet, it is true,

as told to me,

by a bird of blue,

that my very

own fears

paralyze my wings.

How to Find Freedom

Freedom is a state of mind; it comes from within. One can fly even if limited to a small corner of a room. Attitude is everything. Staying positive and hopeful is important in not becoming encaged within the prison of our own despair. When I trust in God, through Jesus Christ, I find my wings, and become totally free!

Sometimes we need a guide to freedom, we often lock ourselves in without realizing. I would love to help you find your freedom, open your wings and soar!

Fear is something to overcome and never meant to over take us.

      Excellent poem.
