A Collection of Haiku
Time
The hills stand steady
As children outgrow angels
Butterflies wither.
Rain
Nestled in loud roars
Busting out a fluffy shroud
Crystal on dust gleams.
Book
Tattered on a shelf
A musky familiar smell
Old fond moments claim.
Vincent
An ear less than more
A talent then now tomorrow
Thoughts colours beyond.
Winter
White beds coat pastures
Icicles adorn leaf tips
A flight travels far.
Road
A truck growls aloud
On a lone silent street down
Perspired eyes close road.
Evening
Jewelled tiara
A pearl drop adorned petal
High heels click beat box.
Reverie
Candid photographs
Memories of a lost while
Ruminating smiles.
Psychedelia
Train of thought whispers
Breaks into splats stripes and spikes
Angles to a point.
Philosophy
Yin and Yang meddle
Plans oscillate fierce to scarce
An in-between rests.
