Catholic Confession Prayer

A Catholic Confession Prayer

Have Mercy upon me Lord, for I have sinned

I have made the lust of life swallowed my heart which have manifested in evil actions.

Oh God, Greater than you there is no other

You are the God of Yesterday, Now and the Future

There is no hiding my guilt

I have been sinful in my ways, for in my mind corruption has built

Wash me clean my father, wash me from skin to soul

I place my life in your hands Jehovah, for you can make my sins be forgiven

For these acts I have done cannot be hidden

Look down on me father, look down upon a Catholic with confession in prayer

My king, the alpha and omega, the one true Messiah

Wash me from this thing I have done

Wash me, punish me if must.

Let thine will be done

Forgive me for the denial of my faith

For setting my feet in such corruptions place

What have I done, I have broken the solemn vow

I need peace of mind, I need redemption some how

Forgive me for my lustful gratifications

In my thoughts and words, I have not been chaste

For thoughts manifest actions in every way

Hear me Oh God, Hear this Catholic Confession in Prayer

Forgive me Lord, Forgive me.
