Misbah enjoys poetry and loves to convey the messages of Love through her poems.
A collection of three poems inspired by a 27-year-old woman who became a good friend. I met her a few days ago in a nearby town when we were in La Molina for work.
There are too many faces and there are too many stories behind each face. This friend is married and has 2 beautiful daughters. She has been married for 6 years and lives in a small house with her husband who she believes is a psychopath and puts her down in many ways. In her opinion, he is not a responsible father and husband. However, for the sake of her daughters, she compromises in her relationship with him. I do not want to reveal her whole story, but the poems speak to the pain she has suffered for so long.
In the second poem I used the word "I" to give the poem an essence, it does not refer to me but to her. I hope you all enjoy it!!!
His Name Etched On Her Heart!
She etched his name on her heart,
She was never ready to see him fall apart.
It was too easy to see that she cared and loved,
She had no idea why this fabric of love crumbled.
His constant deceptions and inventive mind games.
A skill he excelled at made her feel insane
He kept her blindfolded the whole time.
He told her, "I'm yours."
On the other hand, he kept knocking on other doors.
He continued to take advantage of her innocence, while
She lost her heart in the game of love.
Even when she found out about his mind plays.
She refused to accept reality, preferring to chase false butterflies.
None of her measures could put him in the right direction
What kind of love is it that put her on medication?
She called her again and again, but he rolled his eyes.
He decided to walk away and rejected her love.
She kept knocking on the door, but he did not respond
Is it what they call love?
If this is love, it must come to an end!!!
“Why is the seduction of the psychopath so powerful? Because it is the art of the con wrapped in the beautiful illusion of love.”

In Love With A Psychopath
I guess they do not realize you are a hard choice,
I am telling the truth and you are telling lies - I have seen your hidden side.
They do not believe in what I am saying,
You conned them in all the most creative ways.
Your evil mind tricks and inventive ways
This stresses me out and gives me a headache.
Sometimes you also make me wonder: what is the reason for your lies and false smiles?
Why do you torture yourself while pretending to be nice?
You hit and kick people - and you think that's cool.
You know the reality: you are trying to confuse.
I am not sure what you are trying to prove with all this drama.
Is it some psychosis? Or are you just the way you have always been?
You are gloating and enjoying this way, but
You feel irritated when I tell you it's a lie.
Manipulation is your game, and
Your tricks and creative ways make me feel insane.
You are not at peace with yourself - you bite and stab those who love and care.
You know you are doing wrong, but I wonder what makes you carry on
Are you deceiving yourself or others?
I stayed with you, so I know how hard it is.
A narcissist is somewhat easy to love,
A psychopath is undoubtedly a bad choice!
“Know what you are dealing with. This sounds easy but in fact, can be very difficult. All the reading in the world cannot immunize you from the devastating effects of psychopaths. Everyone, including the experts, can be taken in, conned, and left bewildered by them.”
— ~ Robert Hare, PhD., author of Without Conscience
She Called Her Death
She hid in the darkness of the corridor and wanted to end her life.
She had pills, and a razor blade with her.
She heard a noise - she escaped.
She went to her room, and shut the door.
Increased the volume to 100% - Now her screams will not be heard.
She was lying on the bed,
She lifted her wrist and discovered her vein.
She grabbed the blade.
Her hand was shaking very badly.
Everything came to a halt when a tear fell.
This tear stood for 'life' - since she was not prepared for it~
She dropped the blade and screamed as loud as she could!
How bizarre it can be for some of us to adjust to life as it is.
