48th Article: Dear Parents,

I'm a creative writer, non-rhymer, storyteller, and author. I write free verse and narrative literary composition.

It doesn't matter how we age
because when you're around,
we will always be a child.

Your amity cannot be boxed;
its four corners are not enough.

When we are puzzled or mazed,
you are our hidden back-up.

You listen when we're speaking,
hear our long stories till we
get tired talking, prepare
the morning dish to our dinner
wish, and provide our needs
and pleas.

You are aged by time as we are
raised so fine.

Let our lives be your delight
as your hair is grayed through

Your Youngest

and Belen (on behalf of my
siblings—Maiko and Francis Ian)
