126th Article: Untroubled

I'm a creative writer, non-rhymer, storyteller, and author. I write free verse and narrative literary composition.

"If you don't know yet who you truly are,
the things that you want to do for
the rest of your life, or have gifts and capabilities
that aren't yet unboxed, then don't commit
to a relationship. Spend time with your kindred,
and secure your bank account first."
—I said to my 15-yr old self

It was a "pre-courting" stage. He almost courted
me, but the things I wanted to do with
my life weren't clear yet; I was too young and
still had lots of things to learn.

I would opt to be a chaste for a lifetime than
be in tangled mesh.

If I will be in a relationship someday, short-term
commitment will never be my game.

Mastering "first things first" has become part of the habit
through the ease of untroubled priorities.
Needless to say, nbsb women still exist... I'm one of them.
