My Psychology of Love

Love and relationships are indeed one of the most contradictory attributes of being human. For it is in love that we find the grandest of strengths and the deepest of sorrows.

Love can seem transient and unattainable, yet it remains well within our reach when we learn to embrace its power. Nevertheless, it looks as if to experience love; we must be willing to open ourselves up and sacrifice part of who we are and part of our soul.

How come it can’t be free without self-sacrifice and with mutual trust? What is the point of given yourself freely to encounter suffering and rejection, along with disappointment?

Why ignore the pain to maintain a bond and a chance to being in a twin flaming love? Why the desire to get blinded by a binding love and belief of a forever? Why are we willing to risk losing ourselves for the hope of a forever?

Why can we create a bond without expectations and draw strength from one another without losing the essence of who we are and our individuality?

Why we failed to see that to love someone else, we must have self-love. Having self-love is how we achieve greatness and bring true love to others.

Love yourself first.
