Every now and again, the little moments can make an enormous difference. Life can be a massive, intricate thing but it's the little details that can make life seem less complicated. Sometimes the best moments in life can be the ones that we don't take the time to acknowledge.

Birdsong is one of the most distinctive sounds from the natural world, and gives us a warm glow inside when we hear it. It is one of the most relaxing and soothing sounds to start your day with. It is believed that listening to birds singing early in the morning can make you feel relaxed, calm and composed before you start with your hectic schedule. It is generally said that when a person focuses on such soothing sounds - it helps them to think deeper and that's how fresh and positive ideologies develop.
Have you ever enjoyed the silence all around you at midnight? In a loud and distracting world, finding pockets of stillness is one of the best things you can witness. As Herman Melville once wrote, “All profound things and emotions of things are preceded and attended by silence.” Take time to enjoy this night's silence and it will turn out to be one of the most beautiful experiences.
What Does Your Laughter Sound Like?
How many times is that when you notice the way you laugh? When you start noticing how wholehearted laughter sounds like - you will crave it more, because that's the time when you are happy inside out. It's the time when you feel an immense bliss and can't just let go of the feeling. That wholehearted laughter of you will sound the best. Such moments mark your day and make it a special one and you never forget such days.
Breath, it simply is life. Your life started with the first breath and will end with your last. When you are aware of your breaths, you are present to yourself. This will make you realize, how dynamic life is. Days change, so do our activities and lifestyle with passing time, but one thing that always remains constant is our breath. It never stops until we take our last one. Focusing on your breath keeps you in your senses and moreover makes you witness how divine it is.
Try to take more time to enjoy these little and dainty things that life offers. Once you actually start noticing and enjoying these little things, life will feel easier to deal with and less complicated. When you will start celebrating these dainty things, you will actually appreciate their significance. They will help you keep a track of your life and feel grateful for your existence.
