The Daily Version of Yourself (How to avoid negativity in life?)

Many people whine about themselves when they cannot handle situations in their schools, offices or even at home. Most of the time, they are eaten by their negative perceptions about things. If you are one of these people, then you have to change yourself and stop complaining about things you see negatively.

There are only three keywords for you to become the best version of yourself, away from negative things or feelings—MINDSET, ACTION and ATTITUDE.

Mindset refers to your ideas, the way you think, and the way you see things. It includes your principles in life, your perspectives, and your understanding about others’. If you want to start your day right, always wake up with positive mindset. Bring this mindset of yours as you get up from your bed. Use this as your compass to accomplish the goal you have for your day. If you are a teacher, then you can have in your mind that on your day you are going to be the best teacher. If you are a student, then set your mind that you can participate well in class and be able to correctly answer whatever your teachers give you on the examination.

Your mindset guides your actions.

Of course, to accomplish the things you have set in mind, you have to take action. Your action depends on your perspectives, on your ideas, on the way you set things in your mind. If you have negative perspectives and negative thoughts, your actions might hurt others or might bring you trouble. But if you have good mindset, and you always think positively, you always appreciate the things on its constructive side then you would continually avoid hurting others and yourself. Never forget that it is your action that makes your ideas come into reality.

However, remember every time that your actions must be value-laden. Attitude must be taken considerably. Would your actions be governed by your ideas not by others? Are your actions morally and socially acceptable? Are you doing it right?


Maybe, you have set positive things in your mind and you really are determined to achieve these, and so you make the actions, you make the move to realize them. But ask yourself, “Are you doing it right? Are you not hurting and stepping others? Are you guided by morals and socially acceptable norms?”; if your answers went “yes”, then you are doing your day right. You are leading towards the best version of yourself.

At all times, remember to have positive mindset, to take actions and to observe your attitude. These three would bring the best version of you, daily. And, just with these three, you would always avoid the negativity in life.

Good Hub. The mind set is fine, but the action part is difficult. I have five published books and almost every time someone asks me about them, they say, "I'm going to write a book too." I always encourage them, but two months or two years later they tell me that they will write that book someday, but most can't get from the thinking stage to the writing stage.
