'One Moment In Time'

Writing is my passion. I have an undying thirst and quest in the field of writing. Some eat, drink or use drugs when stressed; I write.

Each day that I live to be blessed to breathe a breath of fresh air, this means another day of getting through the day to be reminded of how good God is. If a trial is present and I lose one blessing, I can look back on my obstacles and smile through my worry and gather strength from my pain because another one is unexpectedly given to me in its place.

Gaining life’s experience are what makes life fascinating; overcoming challenges is what makes life significant and that one moment in time is what will free me to break these shackles from my feet that are holding me down. I will be my authentic self to realize how to wake up and recognize I am no longer distress; I can listen to my true self over my ego when they don't agree.

The truth is, no one knows what's around the corner, but we must be aware of the fact that we have only one life to live and we should do our best to live it to the fullest. Start by understanding that every situation in life is temporary, and each person must live their life as a model for others.

Whether you are experiencing a good or bad life each is temporary, so, when you are living your best life, enjoy it. Moreover, when life is challenging you, it can make you feel at your worst, don't allow the trials to get the best of you, know you will get through it.

There is a lesson in the tests you are going through as life is full of ups and downs, understanding the entire worth of your hardships is the key to appreciating and overcoming adversity.

“The two hardest tests on the spiritual road are the patience to wait for the right moment and the courage not to be disappointed with what we encounter.”

― Paulo Coelho, Veronika Decides to Die

This world consists of so many trials until it’s hard to find the right moment to relax, let the stress go, and live in the moment. Life isn’t always beautiful; in fact, sometimes, life is just plain hard. Furthermore, we've all had bad days (and maybe even years) where trouble just seems to follow us.

For that reason, we need a break, where life leads us away from all problems to the Happily ever after time. Where it's okay for us to be human with no expectation and no obsessing to be love, but proceed to ensure you enjoy being in the moment, so every second count rather than trying to be validated from those around you.

I've had long seasons of life where I felt as if it weren't for bad luck, I could live that moment in time where I get to be me. Days where I can enjoy that great moment in time that releases me from struggles, getting knocked down and have the wind knocked out of me, transform me where I can be the best I can be.

Every day consisted of the beautiful sunshine and NO rains or winter days. A moment in time that will change my lives forever where my best days repeat, and I could make time stand still. Then I know I can live this glorious moment forever.

I think one of the best questions you can ask yourself when you just can't seem to have that one moment in time is, do you know how stressful it can be to have so much wrong going on in one person's life?

Though, bad things happen, unfortunate things can happen to anyone. Cruel stuff like getting an injury on the job and it, not your fault, but to be treated as if it is. Betrayal from friends and loved ones. Things that bad for your mood like the car breaking down at the worst moment, bills due and not enough money to pay them all.

Even more unwanted things like lying awake for most of the night full of thought when you need to be sleeping and losing the love of your life to death, where it’s hard to know how to continue living; all these trials make the person experience these challenges desperate for just one moment in time.

When I speak of that one moment in time, I am talking about that moment where you are the ultimate winner, the shining star, someone who knows how to seize that one moment in time.

A time where everything is going your way, and nothing and no one on this Earth can affect or take that achievement away from you. It’s your one moment to share with the world what you capable of doing.

Moreover, stop putting others over yourself, but to know how to love where you can wear the crown (and forget about the enemies) and most importantly, to live that moment you are qualified to experience. Lastly, It's your time to deliver and share with everybody your one rare moment you are born to carry out.

For me, one of those moments that went against me is helping and trust the wrong person who was out to destroy me as I build them up to attempt to do just that. But you know what instead of worrying about them and their issues, I felt like there is no challenge strong enough to ruin a person who desires to overcome the worst life offer.

I refuse to worry about things I simply cannot control; I shift my energy into moments where it seems like almost every moment of my life, I'm always looking at the positive side of what life brings my way.

To some, it would be easy to hate a person with such a toxic behavior, but as for me, I believe hate and anger are emotional parasites that will destroy a person and their happiness in life.

After such an awful experience, to have an opportunity to experience that one moment in time sounds enchanting, doesn’t it? Yes, I would say it does. It would be magical and a dream come true for a person that genuinely need that one moment in time.

But we all know that magic does not exist, but in the literary sense, because to anyone who’s ever had that “one moment in time,” it usually comes in the form of something like a fairy-tale-written to enjoy and maybe cry as you watch it play out on the big screen.

Although I must admit, some peoples have a rag to riches story that could be considered as that “one moment in time,” it was produced of hard-work, perseverance, and dare I say, endurance. A “one moment in time,” where they have the power to take full control of their life.

That one moment in time. That’s what we all ask for. Have you ever desired your “one moment in time?” If you are wondering what do I mean, I mean we should and can be given that “one moment in time,” life is full of opportunities, and we should remember that the next rag to riches story can come along at any given second, there is an opportunity to have a “one moment in time.”

Although if you are sitting and waiting, it's in vain. You have to go for your moment in time and when it comes to what you want out of life, go for it as if you won and are given first place and what you capable of is not endless.

You can be, and you are a winner if you put in the effort. There are many success stories of a person who started off as an average person who refuses to accept failure or wait for “a moment in time.” when they saw a door is open, or there is an opportunity they took advantage and begin living as they celebrate that particular moment.

Also, there will be an opportunity for you to laud the process and series of moments that could last for a lifetime if you take advantage of that one moment in time.

Nothing is more difficult, and therefore more precious, than to be able to decide. - Napoleon Bonaparte

Decision making, willingly choosing the right or wrong choice, will lie at the core of our personal and professional lives. Moreover, despite your best intentions and efforts, trouble has a way of forcing its way into many lives even when it is inevitable.

Prepared, or not, anything can happen in life at any moment to change the best situation in the worst circumstances where suffering is the outcome. Such is the moment I have direct experience before in life.

However, I am living a much better life today, although occasionally in life, there are those moments of unwanted situations where I am limited in unexpected ways, yet I know if that one moment in time presents itself, I would live in the moment and make each minute count by living life to the fullest.

Above all, we should remember that there will be a series of moments that will lead us to both failures and successes. It's the decision we make that will determine defeat or victory.

Furthermore, if we get up and put forth the effort, there is an opportunity to have “our moment in time." Although Whitney Houston crossed over and no longer here with us, and she did not always make the best decision, she manages to take advantage of some of her moments in time and left her beautiful voice for us to hear echoing in an inspiring song, hit song, “One Moment in Time” for all generations to enjoy.
