You Are What Defines You

Updated on February 24, 2017

Defining Your Structure

You can stare at yourself in the mirror, repeating over and over again that your past experiences do not make you who you are today.

But you're only lying to yourself.

You are everything that has happened to you.

It does define you. It sculpts you.

It molds your outline and connects itself to the concrete of your foundation.

It has chiseled you to this masterpiece that you are today.

So start giving credit where credit is due.

Your problems should become your possibilities.

Your goals should become your achievements.

And you should become yourself.

Composed of every broken bone, fractured memory, and sorrow-filled goodbye.

That is who you are.

Very poignant and emotional in this work my friend. I still feel a lingering hope in your message. Well done. Blessings. whonu
