Last of the Days

Updated on May 17, 2017

Last of the days
I step outside
The autumn leaves
Crunch under my step.
I look around on that sunny day.
I remember what once was,
The joyous times with you by my side.
Where you are, I was always there.
The days of whimsey and tranquil breezes
full of Fragrant falls and amaryllis sway.
Oh, how I long for the days of the carefree laughter we shared
And the chatter we listen.
Oh, how I love this place, last of the days I loved.
