Hey, I am Nishika. I'm a budding writer and enthusiastically explore different areas. I always try to keep myself motivated and enjoy life.
My father promised me to drop me at school every day during my exams. It would save time and also I could get some time to read and revise.
Exams were over and I realized how happy I was to get back to my independence of running and boarding the bus, buying my ticket, sometimes being helped by a strange hand to board, get my favorite seat, or none at all. I also realized I missed those special smiles by the bus driver and the conductor.
Regular friends, regular smiles, but names not known. On a sudden brake by the driver would also not hurt, because of some hand or hug would save me from falling and getting hurt. I realized that when dad was dropping me to school, life was too self-centered. A luxury car just for me, on a small errand.
How wonderful would life be, if we all lived it the way a bus moves. Journey with different stations, all together for short distances, no creed or caste, divides us or govern us. In case of any adversity and emergency, we stand bonded. If only life was a happy bus ride!
