Dance Me My Love

I'm a writer, a poet, a dreamer. Born and raised in New York City. I now live in Daytona Beach, Florida. .

Dance me,

to ecstasy -

till passion takes over.

Dance me,

like never before,

with feeling and tender kisses,

with heartfelt desire.

Let me look into your eyes,

that glow with love’s firelight.

Dance me,

like no one has done before

and let me know you are mine forever more.

Dance me,

to the stars twinkling above

and round the moon,

till we’re both dizzy,

from morning till night.

Let me sit upon dream clouds,

until I’m breathless

and full of your love.

Through the years,

as seasons come and go,

till silver strands,

outnumber the gold.

Yet when we look at one another,

time melts away

and we see each other,

as we were years before.

With time we could tell,

there would be no one else,

that we would adore,

you and I were for one another born.

So dance me

and make the world go away.

Let no one stop us,

till life comes to an end,

till our days are done.

Fill me with desire

and dance me -

till we can’t dance anymore

Another masterpiece, Rasma. Descriptive and filled with emotion - the way poetry was meant to be.
