A Common Thread
There is a common connection, a thread that secures us all,
That of the human persuasion, it links both great and small.
Men and women in the flesh, no others that may be denied,
One race, one creed, one people, this synonymity is applied.
No division, no disunity ever to be here, in this homogeneity,
Each a back to bear any burden, with a mind to set them free.
All may stand, walk hand in hand, treading along life's course,
This thread of humanity, to be a binding one, united is a force.
Let no man or entity, ever try in a dividing or separating our world,
God above us is a jealous God, for to hell, they shall all be hurled.
There is a place where they will remain, so deep beneath the earth,
Our Father creator means for us the best, by him shows our worth.
Over the aeons, many have tried, some buried in an unmarked grave,
The evil, their memory lives in infamy, where only the demonic to rave.
No matter the harshness or terrible rebukes, never to learn any lesson,
The main thing that each not to admit, is only a part of their obsession.
There is no colour or shade to represent any superior race,
Every child of God is a special one, this seen by his grace.
He grants life to each mother's child, equal under his care,
Each precious one, numbered and loved, all in its life so fair.
The thread of our lives to hold us well, and never to let us go,
We shall always be as one with the Lord, this we all do know.
Listen not to all thieves, the hurtful naysayers, and of their lies,
United, we are by the grace of God, to beware of their disguise.
