Breathlessly Pure Peace

Updated on July 26, 2017

Surrender to hope, and joy, as we are so meant to do, by taking hold of The Hand of The One Who is the Author of True Hope, and True Joy!

Now and again, I am touched by breathlessly pure moments of perfect peace via The Holy Spirit!

Ecstasy

A breathlessly pure peace can be felt when touch by The Holy Spirit. But, alone, we cannot sustain such a pure peace. We need to stay close to Him to experience such an ecstasy.

Blue Rays of Joy

Inner Peace

I threw a handful of white confetti

up in the air, and as I did so,

the confetti turned into rich, deep blue sparkles,

bringing a certain peace upon the entire world;

that peace, (just like the rich, deep blue sparkles),

was unobstructed and luminously pure.

Blue Sparkles of Pure Peace

As the rich, royal blue sparkles floated down

from the sky, they turned back into white confetti, again,

and the peace of the world could not sustain itself.

But, for that moment in which it did, it was beautiful,

almost perfect; and this peace, that graced

the entire world, was whisper-soft and breathlessly pure.

Blue Kaboom!

What about you?

Do you ever feel those moments of pure, indescribable peace?

And, thank you for your very lovely comment, Vocalcoach. Yes, Jesus Christ is our peace! It is wonderful to know another follower of our Savior!

Oh, how beautiful this description is. "Breathlessly Pure Peace." And we, ourselves, invite this peace by following the teachings and example of our Savior.

Thank you for bringing us all peace through this awe-inspiring poem.

"was whisper-soft and breathlessly pure." -Tamara

      I love those lines.

Your poetry is soft and light; flying like birds. Add a roar, like thunder and fire, like the sun. Noble effort.

Thanks, Galaxy! Amongst any sort of turmoil in my life, The Good Lord has always given me hope, and inner-peace. No one can take this away from us if we have a persevering faith and trust in our Lord, Jesus Christ. :-) And when I have found myself lacking faith, I ask Him to give me more faith, and He does!

      Loving Hugs,

      Tamara

Hi, Tamara, looks like you've found hope and that narcissist has gotten off your back!

I have too found these moments of hope... basically with my animals, and God. :) Great poem.

Jay, you are very right! Our choices and decisions not only affect our lives, but others, as well. I like your comment about the "transition"; very insightful! Yes, we each have a Free Will, and our ability to control our reaction to it. Your comment here is of great benefit not only to myself, but also to anyone else who reads it. Thank you!

      Warm Hugs,

      Tamara

I believe we are in a transition world between good and bad worlds. We are individuals with Free Will and may choose good over bad in our lives. We do not control the world, only our reaction to it. In the long run we get to choose who we are with and what groups we join. We make our lives better or worse based on our decisions.

Yes! Thank you, Whonu, for your very inspiring comment. Your words are lovely. Most of all, despite the worldly chaos, we can have inner-peace, thru Jesus Christ, and we can pray for the same for our loved ones, and He will answer our prayers!

      Loving Hugs,

      Tamara

I enjoyed this very much, my friend. It showed that there is hope for us all yet. If we can dream of it, we may one day accomplish it. Blessings
