I am delighted to be part of the Hub Pages community today. I want to share my experience and knowledge of Asian cooking, especially Malay cuisine. My parents have always been my aspiration in cooking. Therefore, I aspired to pen and preserve all the delicious recipes that they had taught me. My Malay cultural background influenced me to prepare and cook my favorite food for my family. Hopefully, I can share the tastiness and delicacy of Malay food.
On the other hand, I also love baking all sorts of desserts — cakes, muffins, cookies, bread, buns, and many others. I enjoy baking during my favorite season —Fall.
While I enjoy being in the kitchen, I have always been a traveler. Every year, I return to my beautiful home country Malaysia. Before moving to the United States, I visited many countries, such as Italy, Germany, the Netherlands, Singapore, Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, and many others.
