Colleen Swan is an author of articles about law, history, and psychology. She has earned a B.S. in Mass Communications, a Masters’ Degree in English and a Juris Doctor Law Degree. She is both an attorney and a qualified solicitor in the UK and is a member of the Law Society England and Wales. In the public sector, she worked as a case analyst for the Office of Human Rights, and as a mediator in the office of the New Jersey Attorney General. In conjunction, she has worked with a number of crisis intervention and student counselling centres. She has taken graduate Core curriculum counselling modules at San Diego University and the Harvard faculty of psychology and social relationships. Whilst in California, she worked as a trouble shooter for CBS television.
Whilst in the UK Colleen has obtained PG Cert (Soc Sc)(Open). S.A.C. Dip. (ASET accredited) Advanced Counselling Skills. Life Skills Coaching. Professional Hypnotherapy. She is currently self employed in private practice as a counsellor.
