I am a 58 yeard woman going through major life challenges and transitions. Many events, which I will write about as you follow me, led to my current circumstances. One year ago I was a successful Psychotherapist with my Private Practice. I’d bring my companion dog Maizy to work with me every day and together we would provide counseling and support to many people. In my humble career I’ve probably helped thousands of people. Then a bunch of events took place in my life and I developed Agoraphobia and no longer could maintain my practice as my panic attacks prevented me from easily leaving home and made me unable to arrive at work. This is only a small part of who I am. I’ve had a rich and fulfilling life and have hope that I can recover from this disorder and be freer to come and go again.
